Ingredients:
• 1 cup slow cooking oats
• 2 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
• 2 tbsp dried fruit (try raisins, chopped dates or dried cherries)
• Mineral salt to taste
• Butter (optional)
• Maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Boil about 1 cup of filtered water. Place oats, seeds, dried fruit and salt in glass
serving bowls. Add boiled water. Let sit for 1 minute , add options if you like and
enjoy!
Tasty variation:
Add flavoured protein powder for a complete breakfast.
