A lot of people think I’ve been Fit and Healthy my whole life, and I was blessed with good genes.
That couldn’t be further from the truth!
Old Michale…Interested in looking/feeling good, but stuck in the ‘eat less, exercise more’ model. Searching for a desirable way to get fast results.
At 31, I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Amenorrhea, weighing 102 lbs. I was so tired that I became addicted to stimulants. I hit rock bottom, was sick, and trapped in thin obsession.
Growing up eating whole foods, within a strong community, I thrived.
But looking back didn’t understand the power of real food until I got sick struggling to heal myself.
Took decades to reverse my conditions, but I did it, which is why I am sharing my story with you.
One of my greatest teachers (I had a many) was in Noosa Heads, Australia where I sat on the beach and read the book, ‘What Color Is Your Parachute?’ It revealed to me my true potential and that I was worthy of a good life. That was a pivotal time in my life when I took a turn for the better.
Fast forward to 2025…

✅ I do it closely with my hubby, Rheece, and my incredible success team, transforming client’s lives.
