Ingredients:
• 1 avocado
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 2 tbsp total: use any one of these: extra virgin olive oil, avocado, walnut,
pumpkin seed or flax seed oil
• ½ tsp mineral salt
• 1 clove of garlic, chopped
• Drop of hot pepper sauce or chilli peppers
• Spices or fresh herbs to taste (try tarragon, cilantro, oregano, basil, or thyme)
Directions:
Puree all ingredients until smooth.
