Hi Michale, I would like to respond to you as to my progress from the perspective of fitness and nutrition. Both of which I know you have helped me greatly.
My wife and I started working out at the gym in October 2016, after many years of not reaching any meaningful results. Prior to starting, I was at 247 pounds and my weight was affecting my health in a profound way.
After beginning fitness training I was making moderate results, but I did not consider it great results. I knew I needed more than a workout program to help to get my weight down as soon as possible.
I had a friend who years before praised the works of his Nutritionist in Calgary for helping him to take off AT LEAST 30 lbs. He is now 84, and still at a good weight level.
I knew I needed to change my eating habits. My habits were not necessarily bad. In hindsight, in some cases, I was not eating enough or not getting protein at the right time.
At the end of February 2017, I called you, and we met and discussed my situation. I was impressed because you also took fitness VERY seriously along with nutrition.
With the information you have provided me to change my eating habits and my workout schedule,
“I have seen a tremendous improvement. I am now at 220 lbs, with my fat percentage decreasing and muscle mass increasing.”
I have also seen my internal fat levels decrease as well. I am actually VERY pleased with the results. Particularly, I am REALLY enjoying the fitness regime.
At 64, losing weight and increasing muscle mass is not an easy task, but you have made it a much easier road to travel down.
I do not feel 64 at all anymore. My doctor is especially pleased with the steps I have taken. He said and I quote, “YOU inspire me.”
