Best part is that it only takes maximum 2 minutes to make!

The 3 ingredients are

  1. Almond or Coconut milk (unsweetend)
  2. Vanilla protein powder (Pro whey isolate, Pure Lean Ultra or PureLean with Stevia or other)
  3. Your favorite nuts or seeds

  1. Place 3 ingredients in your grab and go jar. Screw tight with your lid and shake when ready to consume.

  1. Add 1 cup of berries
  2. Add 1 Tbsp sunflower lecithin for weight loss
