- 1 cup coconut or almond milk Thai Kitchen brand or Coconut Dream (carton)
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder Pro Whey (by Genestra), PureLean Ultra, or PureLean with Stevia
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin, sunflower, chia or flax seeds properly prepared by soaking or sprouting before consuming
