  1. Place greens and chopped shallots in a large glass bowl.
  2. To make dressing: place oil, vinegar, coconut aminos, mustard, herb ans spices into a glass jar. Cover with lid and shake.
  3. Pour dressing over greens and shallots.
  4. Top with feta, walnuts, and strawberries.
