Fit n Healthy Slimming Smoothie

The slimming magic behind this Slimming Smoothie recipe is that it contains enough protein to send the signal – ‘use this to build lean muscle’

Ideal as your Post Exercise Meal. It doesnt require much work to digest and simply nourishes your body to repair and recover from your workout. 

Think about it as your ‘slimming smoothie strategy’. Use as your go-to meal after the gym, yoga, or hike. Make it at home, take it to go, enjoy it after your workout.

Did you know, it can also help stop the after pain from your post exercise efforts? Who wants to walk around all day with aches and pains anyways. Certainly not a way to live Fit n Healthy.

Check out what I put in my smoothie to stay slim, fit and healthy.   • 1 cup berries add in 1/4 of a frozen banana (skin on)
  • 2 cups greens any tops - beet, radish, carrot or leaves - spinach, dandelion, kale, etc
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower lecithin the magical 'slimming fat'
  • 3/4 - 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder enough to yield 25 grams
  • 1 pinch Celtic or Himalayan salt provides trace minerals for better daily energy
  • 5 grams Creatine powder optional
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes

This is the exact the program I wished I had as an adolescent girl who had to fix her own health, and I’d like to share it with YOU.
Back when I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Amenorrhea, the only help I could get was medication. But to me, that just didn’t make sense!
WHY WERE MY BONES WEAK AND WHY WHERE MY HORMONES OUT OF BALANCE?
After discovering the root cause of my condition, I fixed it.
I did it with the right diet, inter cellular detox, and a healthy daily routine.
In this day and age, we need to do all three.

  • RESET YOUR HEALTH WITH DIET
    The first part of my program includes finding the right diet for you.
    You are not a textbook, you are a person. This is why one diet works for your neighbour or friend and not for you. I also TEST AND DO NOT GUESS. Your micronutrient status, genetics, ancestry, and current blood values need to be evaluated to get your best diet.
    So what is the right diet?
    Your best diet must do three things:
    1) lower inflammation
    2) balance hormones and blood sugar
    3) optimize digestion
    If you get that right – you are off to the races.
  • RECHARGE YOUR ENERGY WITH DETOX
    The second part of my program includes inter cellar detox. The truth is, we are all living in a toxic soup. Bombarded with an avalanche of chemicals, EMF’s, fake food additives, GMO’s, we are holding onto these poisons and it’s slowly taking us down. Many Doctors are now linking devastating diseases like Cancer with the accumulation of toxins that our bodies need to contend with. Our cells are struggling in their own waste and are not able to function the way they should, altering immune intolerance and metabolic function.
    But, please don’t make the mistake of picking a random detox product off the store shelf or other. Many give you a false sense of detox and some are even harmful. The solution is not to push the body and force the detoxification of these poisons. But instead, assist it to do its own detox. Which is why I use the Biotherapeutic Drainage method of detox.

    You actually feel GOOD while on it. AND NOT strapped to the toilet! That’s crazy! True inter cellular detox done right allows for a well formed bowel movement (poop). Safely and effectively.

    The third part of my program includes following a healthy daily routine.
    Following a set of daily health habits, over time can work to rebuild your entire body. You are NOT the set of genes you were born with. You are more than that. You have the power to ‘flip the switch’ and turn on the healthy expression of them.
    A healthy daily routine starts with a powerful mindset, daily sunshine, moving easily interspersed with effective exercise, and getting deep restorative sleep. These are all equally important.
