Starving herself to be thin, she tragically developed an accelerated aging disease – Osteoporosis and Amenorrhea that forever changed the trajectory of her life. She has worked with legends like Bob Proctor, world class motivational speaker, creating the nutritional plan in his book, The Science of Perfect Weight, A new way of thinking, eating, and living to achieve your perfect weight’. Authored her own book, “The Fit ‘n Healthy Plan, The healthy diet & lifestyle plan made easy!” Written for countless magazines such as Alive Health, Okanagan Health & Wellness, and a regular expert for Glenmore Living Magazine.
Since that time, she has spoken at workshops & conferences around the world about her CLEAN, HEAL, and SEAL Method 9 Step Roadmap.
Michale Hartte was awarded her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science with a specialty in Nutrition from Ontario’s Edison Institute of Nutrition, in 2004. She is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Chartered Herbalist, Certified Biotherapeutic Drainage ® Practitioner and a professional member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Consultants Practitioners (CANNP).
