Raise Healthy, Happy, Children

Children are NOT little adults and do not follow the same dietary and lifestyle guidelines. They have different needs at different times in their development. Did you know that babies are born ‘intolerant’ to the outside world and are healthy when they develop ‘tolerance’? You know your child is ‘tolerant’ when they can easily adapt to everyday living. They get sick at times, yet recover quite quickly. On the other hand, a child that is ‘intolerant’ has a greater likelihood of developing food or environmental allergies, skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis, and gets every cold and flu that comes around.
