I am very excited to be sharing the signature burgers (I got to say it) I’ve PERFECTED over the years!

Not only are they super easy to make, they are equally incredibly juicy and family friendly

What I love most about these signature burgers is that they help to keep myself and my family healthy.

#1 Health Benefit: Helps to ease digestion with carminative herbs.

Jam packed with ‘carminative herbs’ like black pepper, basil and fennelCarminative herbs are particularly powerful to help ease digestion. This health tip I learned from Dr. Jockers, a Doctor of Natural Medicine They work to normalize bowel contractility (great for those who have bowels that are too loose or too compact). Carminitive herbs also stimulate bile flow. Bile is necessary to start the emulsification of fats which then lipase and other bodily processes, finish the job. Breaking down fats is critical for healthy cell membranes (to allow for optimal nutrient exchange). Bile is also critical to sterilize the gut from unwanted invaders to keep your immune system – humming!

Signature Burgers (with blueberries)

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 4-inch patties (best if it sits in the fridge for ½ hr or more before cooking).
  2. Preheat barbecue on medium high, then lower to medium/low and grill for 10 - 12 minutes on each side.
