- 12 pieces chicken thighs, drumsticks, legs
- 2 tbsp honey best to chose local honey
- 4 tbsp chicken broth or water
- 1/4 cup tamari coconut aminos can be used as a replacement
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 tsp smoked chili pepper smoked paprika can be used as a replacement
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Ingredients

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then place into the base of the slow cooker.
- Place chicken on top and mix in sauce.
- Cook on low for 4 hrs.
- Serve over your favorite veggies and rice or quinoa if using.
Our family enjoyed it over oven baked squash and topped with grated Parmesan cheese, a squeeze of lemon and crushed black pepper.
