Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then place into the base of the slow cooker.
  2. Place chicken on top and mix in sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hrs.
  4. Serve over your favorite veggies and rice or quinoa if using.
Recipe Notes

Our family enjoyed it over oven baked squash and topped with grated Parmesan cheese, a squeeze of lemon and crushed black pepper.
